MeThie biogas plant

For the first MeThie Supergas, an additional feeding system was installed by Huning Anlagenbau. It is an energy-saving compacting system with a volume of 35m³ and a 460 mm screw stroke. To prevent the rear wall from spilling over, an additional 3-sided attachment was installed.

Due to the high delivery rate (200 - 250kg / minute), feeding times could be more than halved. This has a very positive effect on the power consumption on the system.

TwinGas biogas plant

In this project, Huning Anlagenbau installed and commissioned an extension on a biogas plant in Halenhorst.

The task was to replace an existing compact system with a Speed Conveying Floor SCFE-M 70m³ mixer with subsequent compacting technology. Substrates such as straw, cattle manure, horse manure etc. are shredded after the dosing unit and conveyed alternately into fermenters I + II via a 300 mm screw stroke.

Scharrel biogas plant

In Scharrel, a feed mixer was replaced with an energy-saving compacting system with a volume of 35m³ due to energy-saving measures. To prevent the rear wall from spilling over, an additional 3-sided attachment was installed.

The medium (maize silage, grass silage, GPS, manure) is conveyed into the fermenter every hour via a 300 mm screw stroke.

Meyer-Hochheim biogas plant

In this project, a feed mixer in Schwarme was replaced with an energy-saving compacting system with a volume of 35m³. The fermenter screw was equipped with an additional recirculate connection, which mixes the substrate with liquid during feeding.

This has reduced the power consumption of the main agitator by almost 50%.

Sandhorst biogas plant

In Sandhorst, a feed mixer was replaced with an energy-saving compacting system with a volume of 35m³. An additional 3-sided attachment was installed here.

The existing screw stroke was reused in this project.

Renkenberge biogas plant

Huning Anlagenbau was in Renkenberge to install a compacting system with a volume of 35m³. An additional 3-sided attachment was installed here as well.

The existing screw stroke was reused in this project.

Ebstorfer biogas plant

Another feed mixer was replaced with an energy-saving compacting system with a volume of 35m³.

Due to the layout, an inclined screw was installed here, which conveys the substrate onto the fermenter screw.

Cornau biogas plant

Huning Anlagenbau has replaced two feed mixers at the biogas plant in Drebber with a Speed Conveying Floor SCFE-M 70m³ mixer.

Due to the layout, the new dosing unit had to be installed higher in order to continue using the existing vertical and fermenter screws.

G+L biogas plant

Here, Huning Anlagenbau replaced a feed mixer with a Speed Conveying Floor SCFE-M 70m³ mixer including a 460 screw path.

The system was designed and planned in such a way that shredding technology can be installed afterwards. Due to the high delivery rate, the energy requirement will be significantly reduced.

When building a new biogas plant with an entry system at the Lagiewniki site (approx. 40 km south of Wroclaw), Huning installed its 51 cbm moving floor system with a subsequent spiral conveyor system in the fermenter.

Designed for dosing biomass such as corn silage, our versatile SBC moving floor system can also be retrofitted later so that other substrates such as solid manure and grass clippings can be introduced without any problems.

Huning has supplied a draft floor system (ZBC) to enable the use of biomass substrates such as corn silage, sugar beet, solid manure etc. in the biogas plant - with a volume of approx. 100 cbm. There are substrates with very large grain lengths that require pretreatment by crushing. The ZBC was connected to the Optimatic hammer mill in such a way that all substrates are shredded and then fed into the pump for distribution. The discharge from the ZBC takes place via the built-in stainless steel pull frames in SP 460 spiral conveyors to the Optimatc hammer mill.
